If you cheated and wish to purchase the game again on a new account, please remove all traces of the cheat - safest bet will be to reformat your HDD.

If you are unsure and think someone, your friend or your brother used your account and cheated on it, you will still be banned - your account security is your responsibility.

If you know you did not cheat, sit tight, the false positive will be reversed in time - sending in a support ticket might speed up the process.
